First we start with somatic movement and expression to regulate the nervous system and prepare us for a deep calm.

Next, we will relax, slow down, turn inward, and listen, using both Reiki and the healing frequencies of live harp to resonate deep within the soul, facilitating a state of reflection and meditation.

Once you have received a vision, or a sense of clarity and purpose, we will begin plan a custom Divinely Inspired portrait session to celebrate your radiant inner beauty.
